All new clients are required to book a consultation as your first appointment. The consultation will help determine the condition of the client's hair and what type of service should be provided. This service may last 15-30 minutes depending on the needs of your hair. The cost of the service doesn't go toward the styling of your hair. Existing clients who have not scheduled an appointment within 1 year, must book a new client consultation in order to access the current condition of the hair for future services.

For clients that suffer from hair loss, thinning hair or a form of alopecia. This is an in-depth consultation for hair loss solutions. Hair therapy is explained on a scientific level. Hair and scalp analysis are performed. Hair treatment plans are discussed to regrow healthier, fuller looking hair.
